Project application is a two-step process requiring both the interest and the application forms.

To be considered for the first sign-up period, interest forms must be received on or before November 6, 2026. Quivira staff will evaluate the interest form for apparent eligibility of the producer. Producers who appear to be eligible for the program will be supplied with the full application form. That form can be filled out by the applicant, or by a person assisting the applicant. Once the application form is sent to the producer, it must be submitted on or before November 20, 2026.
